TGIF

Hello friends,

Southpaw Jones here.  I thought I'd send out a quick message regarding my weekly
show at the 22nd Street Cafe in the Elliston area, Exit/In block.  Some of you
may be aware that I was set to play each Tuesday night.  Well, I'm happy to
inform you that said plan has been shelved in favor of a Friday night slot.
That's right, if all goes well, I'll be performing an hour-plus set each Friday,
9:30 pm, at the 22nd St. Cafe.  There is no cover (FREE), but I, along with the
find folks at the cafe, would appreciate it if you purchased some coffee and/or
snacks.  CDs are also available, of course, so don't worry consumers, there are
plenty of ways to spend your hard-earned dough.

A few notes about the place:
The food and drinks are good, from reports I've heard.
It used to be the Owl's Nest.
Parking is pretty bad down there, especially on weekends.  Watch out for towing
zones and, as my mother would say, "crazies."

Even though I already played once last Friday, I think I'll go ahead and call
this week's show "The Big Debut."  So come on and join me as I celebrate one of
the greatest accomplishments for a struggling performer: regularity.

Love ya,
Southpaw
